2 WINNING NUMBERS AND THE BONUS BALL: A CHEEKY £10

If you've matched any 2 main winning numbers and the bonus ball grab your winning ticket (you can't collect your prize without it) and head to any Health Lottery retailer. All our retailers are authorised to pay out the £10 prizes.

3 WINNING NUMBERS: A LOVELY £20

If you've matched any 3 main winning numbers grab your winning ticket (you can't collect your prize without it) and head to any Health Lottery retailer. All our retailers are authorised to pay out our £20 prizes

3 WINNING NUMBERS AND THE BONUS BALL: A FANTASTIC £50

If you've matched any 3 main winning numbers and the bonus ball grab your winning ticket (you can't collect your prize without it) and head to any Health Lottery retailer. All our retailers are authorised to pay out the £50 prizes. 

Online players are automatically paid up to £2,000. Subscription and online players will receive notification from THL of their prize.

4 WINNING NUMBERS: A WALLET BUSTING £250

To collect your £250 prize just visit any participating Post Office.

£10,000 prize winners will need to call the Health Lottery Helpline on 0844 375 55 55** to claim their prize. Our Winner Advisers will be on hand to support you and help collect your prize and will advise you about security, publicity and anything else you need to know.

5 WINNING NUMBERS: UP TO A WHOPPING £100,000*

Top prize winners should call the Health Lottery Helpline on 0844 375 55 55**, where our Winner Advisers are on hand to support you. They will help you with arrangements to collect your prize and anything else you need to know.

How to claim your 50p Quick Pick game prize

The Health Lottery 50p game has been discontinued with the final draw taking place on Tuesday 27th October 2015.  Winners must claim their prizes within 180 days of the draw in which their prize was won.  If you are a winner, you can  check the latest results online or by calling us on 0844 375 55 55**.

How to claim your prize if you are an online player

You are one of our online players and you’ve won a Prize Here’s how to claim it:

If you’ve played online and have won a prize of up to £2,000 you don’t need to do anything. Your winnings will be paid directly into your online player account. 

If you have won a prize of over £2,000 please call the Health Lottery Helpline on 0844 375 55 55**, where our Winner Advisers are on hand to support you. They will help you with arrangements to collect your prize and anything else you need to know.

QUICK CONDITIONS

For retail players, prizes can only be paid on production of a valid ticket. This is the paper ticket handed to you by the retailer, or the email sent to you when you play online. The Health Lottery Playcard cannot be used to claim a prize. For online players, prizes of up to £2,000 will be paid directly into your account. If you have won over £2,000 or our top prize by playing online, you’ll need to call the Health Lottery Helpline on 0844 375 55 55**, where our Winner Advisers are on hand to support you. They will help you with arrangements to collect your prize and anything else you need to know.

You have up to 180 days after the draw to claim a prize using your ticket. The Health Lottery will not pay out prizes if you cannot produce a valid ticket.

You must be 16 or over to play and claim a prize.
