Health Lottery East Midlands

Health Lottery East Midlands – formed from HealthBelief, HealthCalm, HealthComplete and HealthRegard – has raised over £9.7 million to underpin localised causes across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. The first Health Lottery East Midlands draw took place on 2 October 2018.

East Midlands Health CIC is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 29816.

Funds raised through Health Lottery East Midlands have supported various social and educational causes in the region, covering the likes of IT training, community dispute resolution, lunch clubs for older people, activities for the 16-25s and the development of community gardens. These have comprised:

  • £28,200 supporting people with mental health issues with Beeston Community Resource
  • £34,433 creating a community garden with Green Synergy
  • £41,922 supporting LGBT+ young people with The Centre Place LGBT+ Centre
