Health Lottery Scotland

More than £12 million has been raised by Northern Health Equality CIC operating in Health Lottery Scotland.

Health Lottery Scotland is a trading name of Northern Health Equality CIC, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 26322.

So far, funding raised through The Health Lottery in Scotland has gone towards helping disabled people, children’s centres, women’s cafes and other important community initiatives in Scottish counties. Activities run by these organisations are as varied as rambling sessions, creating community gardens, cookery training and local community computer lessons for older people. Some of these organisations are:

  • £36,810 to Broxburn United Sports Club, who bring older people together for social and sporting activities in West Lothian
  • £21,790 to Elemental Community Arts, who run an after-school arts club for young people in Forres, in Moray
  • £15,555 to Skye Circus Skills, who bring people living in Skye and Lochalsh together to learn aerial circus and trapeze skills
