This two-year project provides coffee mornings for parents and carers of children with disabilities from Maestag and surrounding areas in Mid Glamorgan.

The coffee mornings provide an opportunity for parents or carers to share anything that has happened in their caring role, ask questions and get advice.

There are also weekly exercise sessions for those who wish to participate.

The project aims to create a peer support network, improve well-being and provide information on benefits and education support for those caring for children with disabilities.

The current society benefitting from funds raised is EWA Health CIC T/A HL Wales
