Changes Bristol safe space for mental health - The Health Lottery

Changes Bristol were awarded £28,713 by People’s Health Trust using money raised by Health Lottery South West.

This two-year project aims to establish three new weekly peer support groups for adults experiencing mental health issues in three areas of Bristol: Knowle, Hartcliffe and Easton. The groups aim to provide a safe space for participants to come together for peer support. The project will be run by trained, local volunteers with lived experience of mental health issues, who will support group members to manage the project and lead the sessions.
