We went to see the incredible work of the national charity Beauty Banks on a recent visit in Scotland after the organisation was awarded £75,000 by The Health Lottery Foundation.

Four national charities will each receive £75,000 to make a difference this Christmas.

Thanks to players of The Health Lottery, £751,180 will now be distributed to 45 charities across Britain making a tangible difference to the health and wellbeing of young people.

£15,000 has been awarded by The Health Lottery Foundation to fund an instructor working with ten dogs on the charity’s Disability Assistance Programme.
