Meet Danni!

Danni Menzies is the host of Paying it Forward, and she loves meeting guests from all walks of life and chatting about topics as diverse as winning Eurovision, beating France in Paris and beating prostate cancer, recovering stolen Emmies and being free to feel good...

A seasoned TV and radio presenter and committed charity activist, you’ll have seen her on A Place In The Sun, a show she presented for six years. She loves the freedom of podcasting and the range of fascinating people she’s meeting to chat about Paying it Forward.

Honestly, there are too many to name them all here, and Danni is chatting to new people all the time... but you can find brilliant conversations with Jay Aston of Bucks Fizz, Adele Parks and Chris Brookmyre,  both best-selling thriller writers, Doug Allan (award-winning wildlife cameraman and Polar diver),  sporting legend Kenny Logan and Rozalla, who is still as Hi-NRG as her biggest hit three decades on, right now on all podcast platforms... with many more to come

What a good idea!

Paying it Forward creator and showrunner Heather Suttie has a long-standing relationship with The Health Lottery and the inspirational stories from the good causes we support.

Heather has travelled the length and breadth of Britain meeting (and videoing) wonderful people running vital health projects at the heart of their communities  - which gave her the idea to celebrate giving something back in podcast form...

She set about finding “incredible stories of triumph from the well-known as well as unsung heroes, and amazing guests who open up about their experiences of paying it forward.”

Heather is convinced that “small acts of kindness create a ripple effect of positivity” and she’s created this podcast to prove it. Have a listen to be inspired!
